1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using the services, facilities, or website of Strong Tower Grappling (referred to as "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services or website.

 
2. Services Provided
Strong Tower Grappling is a non-profit organization offering free Jiu Jitsu training and spiritual mentorship. Our services include but are not limited to:

Jiu Jitsu instruction and sparring sessions (rolling)
Devotional teachings and prayer groups
Community mentorship and support
Participation in any activities is voluntary, and by participating, you acknowledge the inherent risks involved, as outlined in our Waiver and Release of Liability.

 
3. Eligibility
To participate in our classes and activities, you must:

Be at least 18 years old, or have signed consent from a parent or guardian if under 18.
Agree to abide by the rules and policies set forth by Strong Tower Grappling.
Provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration.
 
4. Code of Conduct
Participants are expected to adhere to the following guidelines:

Show respect to instructors, staff, and fellow participants.
Follow all safety instructions during training and sparring.
Refrain from inappropriate, abusive, or disruptive behavior.
Treat the facilities and equipment with care and respect.
Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in removal from classes and activities at the sole discretion of Strong Tower Grappling.

 
5. Assumption of Risk
By participating in any of our physical activities, you acknowledge and accept the risks associated with Jiu Jitsu and physical training, including but not limited to injury, discomfort, or accidents. All participants must complete a Waiver and Release of Liability before participating.

 
6. Intellectual Property
All content provided by Strong Tower Grappling, including but not limited to logos, images, videos, and written materials, is the property of Strong Tower Grappling and is protected by copyright laws. You may not use, copy, distribute, or reproduce any content without prior written consent.

 
7. Photo/Video Release
By participating in our activities, you grant Strong Tower Grappling permission to use your likeness in photographs, videos, and other digital media for promotional purposes, as outlined in our Photo/Video Release Agreement.

 
8. Website Usage
When using our website, you agree to:

Refrain from using the website for unlawful purposes.
Avoid actions that could disrupt or damage the website’s functionality.
Not attempt to access restricted areas of the website or breach its security features.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the website at any time without notice.
