How We Got Started
Through my experience with Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, I realized that there is an inherent ability to connect people in a unique way.
At the same time, there has been an epidemic of fatherlessness and family breakdown in the US that I feel passionate about. Participating in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is a great tool to bring men together, give them a common hardship, and build them up.
We watched as God began opening doors in amazing ways to start this organization and bring men who need the community provided through Strong Tower Grappling.

Core Beliefs
Biblical Authority
The Bible is considered the inspired, inerrant, and infallible Word of God.
Jesus Christ
Affirmation of Jesus's divinity, virgin birth, sinless life, and redemptive death and resurrection.
Salvation
The belief that salvation comes through faith in Jesus Christ.
What to Expect
Training and Sparring
We start with a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu lesson from one of our coaches. We then pair up and train on the set of techniques taught. After the lesson, we have time for 4-5 sparring sessions. All of this is done at your comfort level.
Message
After working out the body, we gather together and engage the mind. We share a message to build up the men in the group that is from a Christian worldview.
Small Groups
We break off into small groups, which allows guys to share what they are going through in life with each other. We have the opportunity to lift each other up in prayer and support each other through the good and bad in life.
